Arts in Pulse is a trio formed by two arts therapists and a music therapist. They are offering group art expression sessions that revolve around playing and being able to express through different forms of art, opening the possibility to dive into the inner world. The sessions will include body exercises, movement, improvisation and several artistic expression activities.

The theme of the upcoming session will be: Emotional exploration and expression.

The session starts at 18:30 and ends at 20:00.
